The antis are sooriDg tbe justice and officers, and anonymous oommnnioations are as tbick as rye stalks in a oareless farmer's vheai patoh. The repnblioan offioers won't bunt up violations of the Iaw, and then sneer at the antis who secure evi dence by hiring strangers to keep tab on the saloonists. Prof. Andrew Ten Brook, forrnerly of the university, seerus to be the obief leader of tbe antis, and be strikes right and left.
