The unprecedented rush for news paper continĂșes, and the manufacturera of this line of paper are in the flowery field as far as business goes. But there is nat so much oomfort in it ae one might suppose, for it means a perfect unrest of fever and actlYity. The men throughout the nrws mille in northern New York, says the Watertown Times, is phenomenal and must be seen in order to be appreciatd. The machines are run at thelr highest speed, and the railroads are drammed at continually to facilĂ­tate shlpments, as a delay of a day or two in transit means a loss to the consumer. The oonsumer pounds away at the producer, and the producer takes it out of the railroad. And the railroad takes it out of the producer, in rates.
