He Has A Prison Record
Having spent fifty out of the last sixty-five years in prison, Josef Heil of Jincin, Bohemia, eaw no reason why in this age of jubilees he too should not have his, and so, a few weeks ago, he indicated his intention to celébrate lt. He !s now 85 years oíd, has seven more to serre, and therefore expects to begin life agaln at 92. He has been in nearly all the prisong of Bohemia and Austria, and knows more about them than any other person. He speaks approvingly of modern prison reform, and remembers with indignation the dark subterranean dungeons that received him alter his flrst offenses.
