High School Alumni Banquet

Tbere were about 150 of the old gradnates present at the high school alnmni banquet last Friday evening aad a very enjoyalbe banqnet it proved. Miss Lncy ChapiD, '76, aoted as toastinistiess. The following toasts were responded to: "Reminiscences of the Bigh School in War Times," Mrs. Philip Bach ; "How the Alumni Can Aid the Snperintendent, " H. M. Slanson: "Class of '77," Miss Anna V. Gelston; "The Perry Scholarship," J. E. Beal; "Class of '95," Miss Florence Snnderland ; General Remarks (not politics), W. W. Wedemeyei; Class of '98," Willis L. Gelston. The following officers were elected for the ensnng year : President, J. E. Beal, '76; vice president, L.P. Jocelyn, '83; oorresponding scretary, Miss Lnoy Chapin, '76; recording secretary, Miss Alice Porter, '7ö; treasurer, C. T. Brauo, '92. The High Sohool orchestra fninished mnsic for dancing, wbiob followed.
