Mr. Keech moved that the subject of the dirt reWved from the street to fill the catbole on Linden street be referred to the engineer for an estimate. Yeas- President Smith, Mclntyre, Keech- 3. Nays - None. Mr. Mclntyre moved that the Board recommeud to the Council the appropriation of $150 for buying a road grader. Yeas - President, Smith, Mclntyre, Keecb- 'ó. Nays - None. Mr. Keech moved that the subject of accounts against Sharp and Schultz be referred to the City Attorney. Yeas - President Smith, Mclntyr, Keech - 3. Nays - None. Mr Keech moved tbat the bids for oulverts on W. Huron and Third streets and laying house connections to the Greene building be referred to the üoUDCil. Yeás - President Smith, Mclntyre, Keech- 3. Nays - None. Mr. Keech moved that the City Attorney submit to the Board in writing an opinión deflning the rights of the Board of Works in respect to the matter of granting rights to parties moving buildings on the streets. Yeas - President Smith, Mclntyre, Keech- 3 Nays- None. On motion Board adjourned. City Clerk.
