G-ustav de Cárdenas, a prominent Cuban of New York, has received thls letter from Havana: "The Spanlah are celebratlng the victory of the capture of four American ports. Mobile, Boston, Charleston and Pensacola. Blanco has glven a very large banquet to th army and navy. The city Is gayly decorated, and thousands of the peopl are in procession. Tbe city is wild ■wlth enthusiasm."
