On reading and flling the petition, duly verifled, of Julia I!. Seymour and MUlle Seymour, praying that admiuistratlon of said estáte may be granted to themselves or some uther suitable person. Thoreupon it is ordered that Saturday the lOth day of September next, at lOo'cloek in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearine of said petition, and that the heirs at law oï said decoased, and all other persons intereeted in said estatp, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, and show causé, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioners should not be granted.
