On reading and flling the petition, duly verifled, of Julia I!. Seymour and MUlle Seymour, praying that admiuistratlon of said estáte may be granted to themselves or some uther suitable person. Thoreupon it is ordered that Saturday the lOth day of September next, at lOo'cloek in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearine of said petition, and that the heirs at law oï said decoased, and all other persons intereeted in said estatp, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, and show causé, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioners should not be granted. And it is further ordered that said petitionera give notice to the persons interested in eaid estáte, of the pendeney of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by eausing a copy of this order to be published in the Ano Arbor Argus, a newspaperprinted and ciroulated in said county, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearine. On reading and flling the petition duly verifled, of Mary Francés Isom. praying that a eertain instrument now on file in, this Court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased, may be admitted to probate' and that adininistration of said eBtate may be granted to Walter P. Sherman and Harry O. Crane, the executors in said will named, orto some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered that Priday,. the 19th day of August next, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the devisees, legateesand heirs at law of said deceased and all other persons interested lu said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted.
