Leavenworth, Kan. (Telegram). - While in Leavenworth today Justice Brewer of the Federal court told of a prediction made by Admiral Dewey a year ago as he was about to start for China. Admiral Dewey was talking with a couple of Supreme court justices when they condoled with him for being ordered so far away. Admiral Dewey replied: "You need not condole with me, gentlemen. The government will not stand tbis Cuban foolishness much longer, and we will all have spmething to do. I will come back $gain, but somé fine moraing I will take the Philippines before breakfast."
