Chicago, Sept. 17.- The "fighting Fourth" is at home. The sturdy soldiers írom Fort Sheridan, who covered themselves with glory at El Caney, and who helped make the Santiago campaign one of the most brilliant victories inthe history of warfare, arrived in Chicago and were accorded a reception that in patriotio fervor was exceptional.
