Present, H. Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Promte. In the matter of the estáte of Lols A. McMahon, deceased. On reading and flling the petition, duly veriled, of.Louise Campell and Anna Gaige. prayngthata certuio instrument now on file in hls Court, purporting to be the last wlll and estament of said deceased, may be admitted .o probate and that udininistration of said es,ate may be granted to Louige Campbell, Anna ïaise and Susie Lamb, the executors in said wilfnamed, or to some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered that Monday, the 3rd day of October next, at 10 o'clock in :.he forenoon, be astisned lor the hearing of said petition, and that the devisees, legatees aDd heirsat law of said deceased and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a sessiou of said Courr, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause if any thcre be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be frranted. And it is f urther ordered that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus, a newspaper printed and circuïated in said county three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing-, H. Eobiuson, praying that a certaln instrument now on file in this Court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deeeased niay be admittedto probate and that adtninistration of said estáte may be granted to theinselvea the executors in said will named or to eorue other suitable person, Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday, the 3rd day of October next, at ten o'elock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition and that the devisees, legatees and beirs at law of said deeeased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appcar at a seseion of said Court, then to be holden at tne Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any thore be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted: And it is further ordered, that said petitioner give notioe to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendeucy of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus, a newspaper priuted and ciroxilated in said County, three suceessive -n-eeks previous to said day of hearins.
