Miss Ashie Hall was tbe guest of Miss Gertrnde fiogau, cf Bridgewater last week. Lewis & Gage are shipping large quantities of tbe fiuest oelery f rom their farm. Mr. Morse, of Adrián, stopped over between trains Saturday and visited at E. S. Hagaman's. Mrs. Griffith, of Jaokson, oame here Taesday for tbe parpóse of inspecting the work of tbe W. R. C. The Baptist chnrch was oocupied the flrst three evenings of the week by a gentleman wbo is leoturing on tempéranos. He was assisted by bis son and danghter who are exoellent singers.
