An Inspiration Meeting
The program for the Inspiration meeting for the Washtenaw County Teachers' Association at Ypsilanti, Dec. 9 and 10, has been finally arranged. It is expected that every teacher in the county will attend. Friday, Dec. 9 from 9 a. m. to 4 p. m. will be spent in observation work in all the grades of the Normal Training school. At 7:30 o'clock Friday evening an illustrated stereopticon lecture will be given by Prof. W. H. Sherzer, of the chair of natural science in the Normal on "Dangerous Communicable Diseases."
D. E. McClure, deputy superintendent of public instruction will give an address on "The Message of Education," Saturday morning at 9 o'clock. Miss Julia A. King, of the Normal, will give a "Talk on U. S. History. " Dr. R. G. Boone will speak on "The Teachers' Daily Preparation for the Week," and Prof. Chas. O. Hoyt will probably give an address on "English Literature."
