Another Divorce Wanted

Mrs. Cathrerine C. Reichert, of Scio, has just filed a bill in the circuit court asking for a divorce from her husband John George Reichert to whom she was married June 2, 1881, and with whom she lived until Sept 22, 1898, at which time she says an attempt was made by Mr. Reichert to have her declared insane. She charges extreme cruelty during the past four year, since her husband's sister came to live near them. Prior to that time she says he had not been cruel, but afterwards he would scold and quarrel with her after each visit. She asks for $100 for support and 100 to pay the expenses of her suits. An injunction has been issued restraining Mr. Reichert from disposing of his property during the pendency of the suit.
