Lost His Arm.

Clinton H. Reeves, of Azalia, had his arm amputated at the university hospital Friday. While shredding cornstalks at Azalia on Thursday his right arm was cut to pieces by the knife in the machine. Dr. Schuyler, of this city, formerly of Azalia, is authority for the statement that within the past year 30 men and boys have lost their arms in shredding machines in Michigan alone. This would indicate that those using the shredding machine should exercise greater care in its use.
