At a session of the Probate Court for the Co-.mty of Washtenaw, tolden at the Probate Office in the ■ ity of Ann Arbqr, on Wednesday the 18th day of January in theyear one thousand eigbt hundred and uinety-nine. Present, H Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Ellen Mead, deeeased. Jobana Mead, executrix of the last will and testament of said deceased, comes into court and represents that sho is now prepared torender her fina account as such exeeutrix. D„ 1899, in a certain cause therein pending, wherein Elizabeth Lum is complainant, and George Gocdrieh, Belle Go drich, Ella J. Stoekford, Sarah L. Coy, Achsah J. Scott, Mary A. Morton and A. Anna North are defendants. Notice is hereby glven that I shall sell at Public Auction, to the higbest bidder, at the south front door of the Court House, in the city of Ann Arbor, in said county of Washtenaw and state of Michigan, eaid Court House being the place for holding the circuit court for said county, on Wednesday, the 8th day of March, A.
