On reading and üllng the petition, duly veriiied, of Albert Mann, praying ihat he may be licensed to sell the reai estáte whereof said deceased dled siezed. Thereupon it is ordered that Saturday, the 18th day of February next, at ten o'cloek in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and tbat the heiM at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, aro required to uppear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayerofthe petitioner shouldnot beirranted. And it is further ordered that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof , by eausing a eopy of this order to be publiehed in the Ann Arbor Argus-Democrat, a newspapèr printed aDd circulating in said county, bhree suocessive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
