Estate of Christiana Heinzman

STATB OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY of Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the probate Court for the County of Washtenaw,  holden at the probate office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Wednesday, the 8th day of March, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine.

Present, H.Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate.

In the matter of the estate of Christina Heinzman, deceased.

On reading and filling the petition, duly verifiled, of Minnie Rayer. praying that the administration of said estate may be granted to Henry J. Mann or some other suitable person.

Thereupon it is ordered that Wednesday the 5th day of April next, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs at law of said deceased and all other persons interested in said estate are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann arbor, and show cause if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. And it is further ordered that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estate, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.

Estate of Samuel H. Dodge.

STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Thursday, the 12th day of January in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety nine.

Present, H. Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate.

In the matter of the estate of Samuel H . Dodge. deceased.

Stephin H. Dodge, the administrator with will annexed and as trustee of said estate, comes into court and represents that he is now prepared to render his final account as such administrator.

Thereupon it is ordered that Friday the 7th day of April next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon be assigned for examining and allowing such account, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persona interested in said estate, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, in said County, and show cause if any there be, why the said account should not be allowed. And it is further ordered that said administrator give notice to the persons interested in said estate, of the pendency of said account, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulating is said county three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.

STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF  Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, on Thursday, the 9th day of March, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety nine.

Present, H. Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate.

In the natter of the Estate of Rebecca S. Dunster, deceased.

On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of Bertram Dunster Suker praying that the administration of said estate be granted to herself or some other suitable person.

Thereupon it is ordered, that Wednesday, the 5th day of April next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estate, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted: And it is further ordered, that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estate, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus-Democrat. a newspaper printed and circulated in said County, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
