In accordance Lwith tho interview with Mr. Cavanangh which appearec in last Thnrsday's Argus, he has noti fied the democratie judicial comruittee that he bows to their decisiĆ³n and wil make the run for circuit judge. His letter is as follows: To the Democratie Judicial Comrnittej of the 22nd Judicial district: Gentlemen : I am in receipt of your letter of the 15th inst. declining to accept my withdrawal as candidate for circuit judge. Your reasons therein set forth have couvinced me that it is my duty to remaiu on the ticket. I shall, therefore, in the brief time now retnaining do everything I can for success, and I desire to ask through you that all democrats see that their votes count for the principies they believe in.
