CAVANAUGH'S LETTER

Accepting the Nomination for Circuit

                    Judge

In accordance with the interview

with Mr. Cavanangh which appeared

in last Thursday's Argus, he has noti-

fied the democratic judicial committee

that he bows to their decision and will

make the run for circuit judge. His

letter is as follows:

To the Democratic Judicial Committee

 of the 22nd Judicial district:

Gentlemen : I am in receipt of your

letter of the 15th inst. declining to ac-

cept my withdrawal as candidate for

circuit judge. Your reasons therein

set forth have convinced me that it is

my duty to remain on the ticket. I

shall, therefore, in the brief time now

remaining do everything I can for suc-

cess, and I desire to ask through you

that all democrats see that their votes

count for the principles they believe in.

If this be done and all go to the polls,

success is certain

. Very truly yours.

M.J. Cavanaugh
