Estáte of Patrick O'Hearn. STATE OF MICHIGAN, County ol Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court ior the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor. on Friday, the ürd day of March in the year iie thou-and eight hundredand ninety-nine. Present, H. WIRr KEWKIKK, Judge of 'róbate. In the matter oí the estatö Of Patrick O'Hearn, deceased. On reading and iiling; the petitlon, duly erifled, of Mary O. O'Hearn, praying aat a certain instrument now nn fiieinthis ourt, purportiug to be the last will aud testament of said deceased may be admitted to robate and that administration of said estáte may be granted to herself the execuor in said will named or some other suitable erson. Thereupon it is ordered that Saturday, the st day of April next, at 10 o'clock in be forenoon, be assigned for the hearing f said petition, and that the devisees, legaee6 and heirs at law oí said deceased, and all ther persons interested in said estáte, are reuired to appear at a session of said Cóurt, ïen to be Lolden at the Probate Court, in ie city of Ann Arbor, and show cauoe, if uy there be, why the prayer of the petiioner should not be granted.
