When They Return Home From Cuba.

A BIG WELCOME FOR CO. A

Committee Appointed to Arrange for It.

Funds to Be Raised to Defray Expenses by Popular Subscription - Let the Boys Know They are Welcome, if Their Armory is Lost.

Mayor Luick has appointed the committees to take care of Co. A when it arrives in this city next week. The members of the company ought to be shown more appreciation than ordinary They have lost their armory for which they worked so hard; they were called away to a Christian work to defend our nation's honor, yet with all this they return to their native place with out a home; they come to disperse, not in their armory, but on some street. But, no! The citizens of Ann Arbor will give them a home. The Elks hall will be their place of rendezvous and there they will leave their arms and partake of a hearty meal.

A speech of welcome will be made at the depot by Capt. Charles E. Hiscock.

Receiving committee - Col. H. S. Dean, Major Harrison Soule, Charles H. Manly, William Day, John C. Ammerman, H. Wirt Newkirk, Fred Schund, M. E. Cooley, chief engineer, U. S. N., Major V. C. Vaughan, Major C. B. Nancrede.
