In the British house o! commons the other day the parliamentary secretary of the war office, Mr. George Wyndham, replying to a question on the subject, said that recruiting in Canada for the regular army of Great Britain was under consideration, and he was not prepared to admit that there were any obstacles to such a step on either side of the Atlantic.
