The Normal Training School Opens Early.

Ypsilanti, July 27.- The teachers of the Normal training school were disgusted at learning a few days ago that the fall session in their department will continue to open in September, although the date of the beginning of the regular normal work has been changed to October. In the case of one of the instructors, Miss Harriet Plunkett, this arrangement is particularly annoying, -as she left a few weeks ago for Europe with plans for a trip to last until the last week in September. The normal authorities have written to her to acquaint her with their decision. -Tribune.
