BY VIRTUE OF A WRIT OF FIERI FACIAS issued out of and under the seal of the Circuit Court of the County of Wayne and State of Michigan, in favor of Joseph S. Virger, plaintiff, to be directed and delivered, against the goods and chattels, lands and tenements of Ulysses T. Foster, defendant. I did on the 25th day of January, A D. 1899, levy upon and take all the right, title and interest of said Ulysses T. Foster, in and to the following described real estate, situated in the Township of Ann Arbor, County of Washtenaw, state of Michigan. Known and described as follows:
The east half of the southeast quarter of section 23, also the north half of southwest quarter of section 24, also north half of east half of northeast quarter of section 28, also northwest quarter of east half of southwest quarter of section 24, all in Town 2, South Range 6 east, Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County State of Michigan.
