Mortgage Sale. WHEREAS, DEFATJLT HAS BEEN MADE, ia payment oí the money secuied by a mortgag-e dated the 6th day of May, A. D. 1889. Executed by Grace ïeliord, of Dansville, Inghani County, Michig-an, to Sabina J. Hale, of Dansville, Ingham i ountv, Michigan, whicb. said mortgage was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County oí Washtenaw, in Liber Ï3 of mortirages, on page 297, on the 8th day of May. A. D. 1889, at 8 o'clook A. M. And whereas the amouut claimed to be due ou said niortgage at the date of this notiee is the sum of fourteen huudred and forty-flve dollars and fifty cents, 81445,50, of principal anrt interest, and ihe further sum of twentyflve dollars (Í25,00), asanattorney fee stipulated for in said mortgage and which is the whole amount claimed to be unpaid on said mortgage and no suit or proceeding havingboen iustituted at law, to recover the debt now remaining-secured by said mortg-are. or any part thereof whereby the power of sale contained in said mortgage has becomeoperative.
