The will of the late Anton Schiappacasse was admitted to probate Tuesday and there are nearly as many lawyers "in it" as there were in the Starkweather case. Lawrence & Butterfield represent the widow, Frank Jones is attorney for the eldest daughter, Arthur Brown will look after the interests of the remaining children, Frank Stivers is administrator and John Duffy and John Bennett are commissioners. The estate inventories up to $1,497, and there are about $1,000 worth of claims against it. One of the provisions of the will is for $100 to be paid for prayers at the church.
