Tom Taylor Refused To Plead

Torn Taylor, against whom a test case is to be made on the question of building a sidewalk in the stone district, appeared before Justice Duffy this morning and, upon the advice of his attorney, he refused to plead to the complaint.

Justice Duffy therefore entered a plea of not guilty and the case was set for trail for next Tuesday.
