Attorney Herbst Still Fighting

Attorney H. H. Herbst is fighting the Geromiller vs. Huron Valley Building & Savings Assooiation case from ditch to ditch. Referee John R. Miner put in his bill for five days services at $3 per day, making a total of $15.
M. Herbst objects to the bill, and has filed an affidavit that all the time occupied was 14 hours and 40 minutes.
Mr. Miner made no charges for his expenses in his bill.
There is a very lively ruction on tap for Saturday morning.
