Court convcned Tuesday, March 10, and the following cases had been disposed of up to Thursday noon : The Peoplc vs. Geo. Hack, arraigned for larceny of norse. Plead not guilty. Tried and convicted. The People vs. Charles J. Downer ¦¦ raigned for larceny of nine sheep. I'lead not guilty. Gave bail in the suui of $1,000 for appearance at the nest term of court. The People vs. Geo.W. and John Clark, arraigned for grand ¦- - ritíad not guilty. un trial. The People vs. Henry Burgraff, arruigned for rape upon his own daughter. Plead not guilty. Tried and acquitted. In the case of E. Hobbs vs. Reuben Westfall, an order for further return of justkse entered. Chancery cases: Abbie L. Flagg vp. John H. Flagg, decree of divorce granted and signed. Úrsula Brown va. George H. Brown, decree of divorce granted and signed. Mary A. Armstroog vs. John Armstronp, decree of divorce granted and uigned. Tto following jurors werc excused froru further service the ba),u,. o of the term : Franklin D. Curumings, Haiwou Kuil, Johnson Beckens, Joseph Kitchen and Jas. McMahon. Thirteen young men were examinsé by a comniittee of the bar last VVednesday, and three of the nmber uadmitted to practico.
