Obituary

Marcus R. Crippin died at his grandfather's house, (Ichabod Crippin, lately deceased) near Dixboro, Nov. 23d, 1881, of ïeart disease. He was a young man, aged 23, respected and beloved by all. During he last four years he has bee:i engaged as clerk in a responsible position in the grocery business in Detroit. Early last spring ns hcalth began to fail him and he was at ength forced to quit work and come home. lis ambition, capacity and integrity had already secured to him promising indieaions. Such is life.
