1. Any person who takes a paper rogularly fiom the post-ofllcc - whether dlrected to liis name or anothei's or vvhetlier he has subscribed or not - is responsible for the payment. 2. If a person orders his paper discontinuei], lie must pay all amuage, or the publisher may continue to send it until payment, and collect the whole amount, whether the paper is tken fronj the office or not. 3.
