Sesslons, solicitor for complainant, it is ordered, that the defendant, Daniel rhelps, canse his appearance in this cause to be entered within four months from the date of this order ; and in case of his apEearance he cause his answer to the complainant's ill of complaiut to be filed in this cause, and a copy thereof to be served on the solicitor for the complainant, within twenty day? after the service ot' a copy of said bill on said non-resident delendant or his solicitor, and cotice of this order, or in default thereof, that the said bill be taken as confessed by the said non-resident defendant.
