Wickham and wife of Qirard, Kansas, are visiting tlieir amit, Mrs. L. AHowe. Mr. and Mrs. Olnev of Fairport, N Y. are visiting Mr. Abel Spaulding and other friends. Lewis C. Uisdon returned last week from his California trip, which t is iieedless to say he enjoyed. Mrs. M. C. Peterson lias returned from her former home in Ohio, where she went to the funeral of her father. Mrs. Wm. B. Mead, a former resident of city, who has been visiting her sou in Grand Rapids for the past three months, has returned to spend the winter wlih her daughter in thiscitj. The delegates from this place to the Baptist State Convention held at Coldwater last week, were Prof. Olney, Dr. Dorranee and wife, and Rev. S. Haskell and wife.
