BACH & ABEL'S COLUMN. BAIII & i;i:i.. We liavc been asked a number of times lately if we were the sole agents for the Celebrated Pearl Shirt in Ann Arbor. It seems that there are some partles in town who are sellingan inferior Shirt for one dollar and claim that t is the Pearl. For the benefit of those who have bought the Pearl and also those who expect to the nest time they want Shirts, we would say that tlie Pearl Shirt cannot be bouglit in any otlier house in Ann Arbor, but ou rs. We are not surprised that other merchants try to sell thcir Shirts for the Pearl, as this Shirt without doubt is the best uu laundrled shirt iii America to-day retailed at one dollar. We have sold this shirt for six years, selling on an average of 300 doz. per year and we have yet to hear of a single person who was dissatisfied with the Pearl Shirt in any way, shapeor manner. We claim that the Pearl Shirt excellsall other shirts in quallty, workmanship and fit. BACH & ABEL. Wc have decidetl tliis week to give yon a sniall benefit in Underwear. Underwear is low, but not so low as we sliall sell it beginning to-day. We cannot give all of the particular. Wiiile we write the underwear is being displayed. We know whatitcost. We know'how little it is going to bring. First comes a veiy handsome ladies'vest in all sizes, half recular seams at 40 c. Sucli underwear is not made for any such money. Next comes a ladies' vest flnished with silk around the neck, pearl buttons, half regatara, all sizes at 50c. This vest without doubt is the cheapest ever seen in Ann Arbor at the price. Ladies' vests at GO, 75, SO, $1.00 and SI. 25 are equally cheap. We have hastily givea you the earliest imperfect news (true as fir as it goes) of underwear. There are others. We shall turn to the subject again. The quantities to be sold at these prices are not so large that you can afford to wait BACH & ABEL. Healiug and Ventilation.
