Martin replied in a similar manner, wliteh did not tend to increase ihe good feellng existing in i,ny way. The followinjr is the resolution of Aid. To which Aid. Wnreoffered anamendnipnt to tlie eflect that the coiumlttee be named hy the chair instead of being inoorporated In tlie resolution, which wus lost by an aye and nay vote. The original mot ion was then adopted by a unanTmoiu vote. Aid. Hiscock thcn oflered tlie followiiig rcsolution: üetolved, That the City Koconler be lustructcd to Iii8ert the followlng In the contract with HioA. A. Wnter Company : The pari les of the Hecond part lurther agree to furnish at all time a ufflclent Rupply of good water, bultable for domentlc purposes. Which was ndopted. On motion of Aid. Heinzman the old Board of Health was re-elected. The bonds of Constables Irnos, Schal!, Efner, and Murray were approved. Adjournid.
