The dedicatory cremonies last Thursday evening, whereby the Masonic temple was tbereafter und forever inore made sacred to Masonic uses and puiposes, passed off very pleasantly. Tlie ereniag was a beautlfol one, and the nuniber in ittcndance is variously estimated at from 1,200 to l',800 people. All were handsomely cared for and enjoyed themselves. The Chequamegon orchestra which furnished the instrumental ïnusic for the occasion waattatloned in the drill room, and those who deslred whirled in the uiddy niHzes of the walt, polka, raqoM, ripple, etc. The banquet was served In the room devoted to that purpose, but whose oapadty inight have been doubled for the occasion without de t rime ii t. The dedicatory services proper whi h took place in the lodge room, wore attentlvely li.-tcned to by a grand nudlence, and 110 hitch appeunnl in the oeremoiiy to mar its unoothnew. The addreM of Artiair M. Clark was au excellent one, jiiving good tatUfactioo to those fortúnate enoimfa to Bain entrence 'o the room to haar it. The aluglug ol the odes and hymns was accomplished iu a credilile inanner by a trio consisting of Dewit Fall, Eugene Mutsehei and Eugene Alallory. The catering for the occasion which was highly spoken of, was by JI. & l;. Granger. NOTES.
