On Friday eveniug of next week, at he rooinsof Otseningo lodge I. O. O. F., over Bach & Abel'8 store, the Q. A. R. ost of this city s to holil another public discussion. The following question will e discussed : Hêsolred, That the failure to capture the rebel works in front of Petersburg at the time of the mine explosión July 30, 1864, was more on account of the want of eo-operation on the part of General tlead than of the inefneiency of General Burmidc. Comrades Chas. E. Greene and J. Q. A. Sessions are to be the chief contcstants, and they are granted the privilege of seectiug two conirades each to assist theui n the discussion. After the discussion ia ended, any corarade desirinij will be alowed three minutes to speak upon the ubject.
