Ann Arbor, Feb. 3, 1886. Mr. Editor:- Continue to "stir things" n the matter of booming Ann Arbor. four editorial observations are to the oint. Some one should movo about the Toledo & A. A. R. R. shops, and and at once. Why not lead off Mr. Editor? You are young and vigorous, and repreent one of ttie most positive, vigorous and aggressive which ever lived in Ann Arbor. Am sure others will follow. The writer conversed wlth several of the most prominent men in the city. All are n favor of moving. It is a fact that the city can richly afford to buy the land and then exenmt the shoDS, etc., upon it from a.xation for flve years. ui course, what s done sliould be on the condition that he shops are located here and retnain hert.
