SIK. Sawyek. Dear Sir - : As the impreesion left from my last visit to your city in "A Night Off," was flattering to a degree, it is with pleasure I cali your attention to the comino; production of "Nancy & Co." Nothing I have ever done equals this. The comedy is the best of all Daly's successes and honestly I teil you without conceit that the present conipany has no equal travelling, with f-pecial ecenery and uppointments used in the original production at Daly's theatre, New York City, will be carried. You may look for an entertainment rarely I seen otitdide of Xew York City remembi-i ii with pleasure the intelligence and iippreciation of your audiences, 1 aui more than anxious that they shonld witness this performance which 1 regard as my crowning eü'ort. Yours Truly, Arthuk Rehan. Of Xancy fc Co., which will be performed at the grand opera house to-inorrow evening, the New York Tribune says : The best of all comedies and the crownlng success of Augustln lul 's adaptatlons. The Boston Globe of Oct. 12th, says of Miss Louise Litta, wlio is to appear here in the great play of "Chispa," on t'hristmas evening: "Louise Litta is ifforded excellent opportuuillrs for the display of rually rcinarkable skill in rifle shooting, banjo playing, singing, dancing and wouüertul acting. Louise Litta was scen to advantage always, and it can certainly be suid thiit in beginning her Boston engagement the young actress nvide upon her andience a decidedly favorable itnpression." " Nancy & Co." an adaptation from Rosen, was produoed last evening for the first time, before a large house, and it was received with delight. It is a sparkling farce, replete with comic situations. The story is somewhat intricate, but its interest is steadily muintained. The presentation was an unequivocal success. Miss Carrie Turner's presentation of Xancy Brasher was sumptuous and brilliant; her acting at the close being especially line. Messrs. Hotto, Carlyle and Warren did exceilently. The theatre was a dttsllog picture, in which frolic and laughter abounded. - New York Tribune. At the grand opera house, Thursday evening, Dec. 23d. Go to Glbson's for Christtnas presents.
