At a special meeting of Welch Post, No. 137, G. A. H , held for the purpose, 011 Monday evening last, Comrades R. Campbell, A. F. Martin, II. S. Dean and Wni. II. FUher were appointed a cominittee to draw up and present suitable resolutions on the sudden and (to us) uulooked for doath of onr illustiiouj UfcdqJ and comrade.
