The Board of Trustees of School District No. One, of the city of Anu Arbor, herewith submit their Thirtyfirst Annual Report for the School year ending the 5th day of September, 1887. The Board also recommend that the sum of $200 be raised by tax for the puruhaae of books for the library. The High School was greatly crowded and the indications at present are that the nuniber will be increased the present year. The polls were opened as usual and yutes received, but there was no contest, nnd oontcquentl; no excltement. It was the tamest school meeting seen in these parts for miiny u day.
