At the annunl charter election, held in in the lively village of Chelsra, Monday, there were two tickets in the field, one was called the Anti-Tax ticket, takinff the ground that the municipal expenses should be made to come within the limits of the amount of liquor tax paid nto the village treasury, and no direct tax levied therefor; the other was called the Citizen's ticket, and was deemed a little more liberal on that question. A portion ol both tickets were elected a follows, P. standing for People'a and A. T. for AntlTax: President- Wm. J. Knapp, P. 26. Clerk- Alfred R. Coogilon, A. T. Trea - TheoJore E. Woou, P.
