Notice is hereby givcn tliat tlu partnership lately subsisting between John Koch and Martin Halier of the City of Ann Arbor, Michigan, under the firm or partnership name of Koch & Haller was dissolved on the fifteenth day of March, A. D. 1888, by mutual consent. All debls owing to the said partnership are to be received by said Martin Haller and all demands on the said partnership are to be presented to him for payment as he is authorized to settle all debts due to and by the firm and he will befound at the place of business of said late firm where he will continue the same business.
