Laboring men read tliis: Mr. Stearns in the Adrián Press, two years ago - onlj two short years - said this of the labor men '3 candidato, Henry A. Robinsnn, o Detroit: "He is the candidate of Social Uts and AnarcJiüts. They flrst natned liini. They are the ones who profefwd to liave the naming of a candidate. They are no respecters of law and order. Ilobinson is no better." "He should be shunned as much a o Cliicago bomb throtter.' "Roblnson should be defeated by 10,000 rnajority in that district, and communirm stamped out. You can't disguise the lact that it is a concession to one of the worst eiements of social government to endorse Hank Robinson, and every man who has the honor of Wayne county at heart wlll labor to crush Iiíb candidacy." These are the words of Willard Stearns in the Adrian Press in the last campaien, when Mr. Ilobinson was backed by 6,000 laboring men of Detroit, who slgned their naineo to a paper to support hitn. That was the opinión Mr. Stearng had of organized labor Uien. What do you suppose, my laboring friends, he thinks of you now? Does he Iove yon at heart any more to-day than he did then ? He wlll favor and flatter and taffy, but please remember that oniy two years &mi lic called you "SocialisU and Anarehists," to be "shunned as much asa Chicago bomb thrower." The Dundee Reporter is, politkally, a neutral paper (so-called) yet it ((notes a Jot of figures from that anonvmous circular being sent throughout the state by the democratie authorlties, ind glvet tJiem sirutli ivitliout Phowine up tlieir misrepresentatlon. Has Burt' barrel reached Dundee?
