Samuel P. Sturgis of Ann Ar-
bor annouhccd today he win
open a new portrait studio
Saturday at 1112 S. Univer-
sity Ave.
Sturgis has taken over 1,%0
square feet of second floor
-space which remodeled under a
design by Architect David Os-
ler of Ann Arbor.
Sturgis, who was "Michigan
photographer of the year" in
1959, left Dale Fisher Associates
to open his new studio after
having been with that concern
for the past three years. Be-
fore that he was a portrait
photographer for the Dey|
Studios for five years.
