years, has been promoted to
vice-president of operations, it
was announced today by Clin-
ton H. Harris, Argus president.
Argus is a division of Sylvania
Electric Products, Inc.

councilman, will have overall
responsibility for Argus manu-
facturin' s in both

sides remaining in charge of
optical manufacturing and in-
dustrial sales in his new ex-
