Ends 20 Years With The City

Parks Department Supt. S. Sheldon Sproull (right) received a hand power-saw from city employes today at a reception held in his honor at City Hall. George Owers, who today was named acting Parks Department superintendent, is shown with Sproull. Following 20 years with the city,

Sproull plans to enter the teaching field in Southeastern Ohio. The saw was given because he plans to do some remodeling on an old farmhouse into which he will be moving. Yesterday, Sproull gave a party for all City Hall employes at the Zal Gaz Grotto.
