Funeral services for Glessner Whitaker, who died Monday at the Town House Hotel, his residence, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Staffan-Hildinger Funeral Home.
The Rev. William B. Hutchinson will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Grove cemetery, Chelsea.
An Ann Arbor resident for the past 20 years, he had been an elevator operator at the First National Building. He was born in Mendota, Ill.
Surviving are a son, Garry L. Whitaker of Ft. Bragg, N. C., and a grandson.
