There was a general rally otf the Democracy at Saline on Wednesday. A company of about sixtv niounted voterg met Hon. G V N. Lotiirop at Lodi, and escorted liim to Saliue. Delegationn poured in from the adjoining Towns, and i spirit of entliusiasra prevailed. Mr, Lothbop, made ao ubis speeoh wbicb waa raeoived with great acoeptance.
