Morrison, of the reverme cutter Lewis Cass, bas sont his resignation to the Treasury Department at Washington, and aeknowledges that he has surrendered his vessel to the State authorities of Alabama. It will be secn by the followingorder that no resignation under such circumstiinces will be aocepted. Capt.
