C mmittee. Committee to settle with City Treasurer reported that they had examined his books nd vouchers and fovind a balance in his hanis above outstanding orders of $709.21. Acccpted and approved. The füllowing standing Committees were appointed : Ou Sírcete - Aldermen Maynard, McCreery Beesirner, H oper and Swaihel On Finance - Aldirmen Nye.Fritz, Jackson and Cuwles. On Licrnies - Mayor, and Aldermen Smith and Maynard. Aldtrmen Beesimer, Fritz ind Hooper arere appointed a Uommitt.ee on Pound and Aldermen Cowles and Swahel u committae rilative to Pound in 6th Ward. Ordeted that accounts be referred to FiDance Committee and reported on at uext meeting. Ordered that no sales of fruit tree be al lowefi in the streets adjoinin Court Hoase quare.
